“I just got off the customer service line with a rep that assisted me after I made a purchase of Cheristin via Amazon. The box appeared to be altered after someone scratched out a section on the side with a black Sharpie. In concern it may have been an expiration date I called the 1-877 number to see if they could check that the product was safe via the lot number. Turns out it was a tracking device to help the company track who the product was sold to and how it was stored, etc. The lady that assisted me (I believe her name was Sara?) was very professional, friendly and helpful. She was patient with me and listened to my story and answered any questions I had. She informed me of what that information was that was scratched out, as well as on that fact that while it is an OTC product, they only sell to vet offices. I appreciate the time that was taken to assist me in this matter.”

“I brought my kitten in that I found and they were so helpful. They let the kittens stay for the weekend because I didn’t have nowhere to keep the kitten. I would definitely recommend this place. They were very nice and accommodating.”
