And when I went back to sign the contract, it went smoothly. They delivered to my home in a timely manner. I have always had great service with American Rental.

“I stopped in Saturday 12/20 a little after noon to look at couches and love seats. The staff was very helpful and kind. I was greeted by Angie, who was very kind and helpful. She had three different customers at one time and made sure to come back in and check with me to see if I needed anything. She knew her products and didn't have to walk away to look up information. Once I decided on a couch and love seat, it was about an hour and 10 minutes before close. She was willing to stay over to allow for me to pick up my couch and love seat if I couldn't make it back in time. Angie and another employee had the couch and love seat pulled out of the warehouse and ready when I got back around 1:30, 1/2 hour before close. Another staff member help load my couch and move seat and told me everything I needed to know to safely and properly unbox the furniture. There was no push to get me down the road before closing. This is why I continue to buy furniture at Taff Furniture. They have a warehouse full of furniture and top notch customer service.”
