“Needed some shoes in a rush and was cutting it close to getting there before they closed. I called to make sure I wouldn’t not be troubling them and they offered the perfect solution. Shona asked for brand preferences, colors and size so she could pull a few pairs and have them ready when I got there. Could not be more impressed with Shona’s ability to provide customer service that is hardly normal these days and go above and beyond every expectation I had. 10/10!”
