“My daughter and I were traveling back from Indy in the evening with the temp hovering at zero degrees. We had no heat and needed antifreeze. We arrived 10 min prior to close. I found exactly what I needed. As I was prepping my car, the two gentlemen working that evening had closed the store and come out to go home. They approached us and helped me get the antifreeze poured. They stayed and waited in the bitter cold to ensure our car heated up before our 3 hour drive home. I couldn’t be more thankful for their help and care. I wish I had caught their names so I could thank them personally.”

“Alan on sunday bailed me out my grandson drove down from Muncie in a worn out 1995 honda. The exhaust was totally eat up with rust. I had met him at Meineke in Muncie july the 3rd. They made us wait but couldn't promise anything since it was so close to the holiday. yes but it would cost $1000. We only paid $1500 for the car. I had my grandson come to our house in greenwood. I bought parts at your store . I thought something does not seem right the flanges are different. Alan was by himself and he took charge gave me a coupling and altered my pipe so I could use it. I was frustrated without his help.”
“After 10yrs of faithful service my 2013 v6 mustang started having problems. Came in to Ray Skillman to trade it in and Joe Riley, Stephanie, and Sean were extremely helpful. Came home with a gently used V8 mustang and could not be happier. When asked how long I intend to keep this one I said 10yrs just like the last one. Stephanie was a godsend. I have been chatting with her for a couple wks. Joe was very nice and Sean was able to get me a 5.85% interest rate which is unheard of in this day and age. Our repair was a result of an accident so they worked super well with Allstate and made the whole process as easy on us as possible.
