βWeβve brought cars anywhere from a 2005 Lesabre to a 2021 Sonata to Milex for a wide range of services. We always get fast, friendly and very communicative service each time. After shopping around Greenwood for mechanics since 2024, Milex has consistently proven to be the best.
Reasonable prices as well, not the lowest youβll ever find but certainly not the highest. Beyond worth it for the help we get.β
βCustomer Experience Review for Jiffy Lube
Today, I visited Jiffy Lube for a routine service on my truck. As always, the service was quick, efficient, and professionalβexactly what Iβve come to expect as a regular customer. However, this visit stood out for an entirely different reason.
When it came time to pay, I ran into an unexpected issue with my bank. The night before, I received a fraud alert regarding my account, which I confirmed as legitimate, but my card was still locked. Unfortunately, none of my other payment options worked either. Feeling embarrassed, I explained the situation to the service technician and asked if I could quickly run to my bank to resolve the issue. Without hesitation, he agreed.
I was able to sort everything out at the bank and returned about 45 minutes later to pay for the service. What really impressed me was the level of trust the service technician extended to me. When I asked him if he ever doubted I would come back, he said he trusted me because I was a regular customer and valued the relationship, just as Iβve always trusted Jiffy Lube for excellent service.
This experience turned what could have been a stressful moment into a positive one, and it reinforced why I keep coming back. The professionalism, understanding, and trust shown by the staff were exceptional. I would highly recommend Jiffy Lube to anyone looking for not just great service for their vehicle, but also great customer service.

βWe used Auto Glass Now for our auto windshield repair. It was a small chip that of course we didn't want getting worse, so they came out to our home and did it for us. Great customer service! We've used AGN 2 or 3 times now and will continue to use them when we need these services. Very solid people you can trust! Also, they make it an easy process from start to finish.β
βI purchased rough country automatic steps and had them installed and Sam the technician did an excellent job. He explained to me how they worked and he was amazing.β

βVery professional staff! Took my daughters vehicle in for a tire repair. From the initial call, squeezing us in without an appointment, and repairing the damage in less than 30 min at no charge. Will definitely use this location in the future.β
βService seems to have went well. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation.
There were grease prints from the fingers/hands around the car from the tire rotation/oil change.
And it wasnβt cleaned. I noticed it when I got home. You guys are normally on top of the cleanliness upon leaving. But not this time.β

βPretty good experience except they gave me a quote for tires on a post it note. They have my email address. They could have emailed it to me or printed a hard copy. The only thing written on the note was the price. Come on guys! I waited for that quote. You could have put a little more effort into that especially since it's a new service.β

βI had an excellent experience with SRT Transmission. Sarah and Ray were professional, knowledgeable, and did an outstanding job rebuilding the 10R80 transmission in my 2018 F-150. The turnaround time was just one week, and the truck now shifts perfectly. Their pricing was extremely fair and reasonable. I highly recommend SRT Transmission for any transmission work you needβyouβll be in good hands.β
βTook vehicle in for oil change. Let us know if an issue that should be addressed in the near future. We have been taking our vehicles there for years. Think pricing is good. Always let us know of anything they see but donβt pressure to have done. Give us time frame of how important to have done when. We really appreciate that.β

βWe drove to South Bend, IN from Mississippi to visit some friends. On the way back to Mississippi, my rear driver side tire started losing air pressure. We pulled into Walmart to try and get it patched and they said they wouldn't do it. I called another tire center and they said I had to leave my car with them all day. I called TNT Automotive and they told me to bring it over and they'd get it taken care right away. They let me pull the van in the shop with me and my whole family inside. They jacked the car up, pulled the tire off, and did a proper interior patch right in front of us. They got the tire back on and checked all the other tires. The whole process took 10-22 minutes start to finish. They're pricing was honest and fair, the whole service cost $20. This was honestly one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. Take your vehicle to TNT with absolute confidence. The photos below are from when I pulled into their shop. That narrow piece of aluminum is what they pulled out of my tire.β
βI had 4 tires put on my car took about 35 minutes...plus they gave a tire free .so it saved me about 260$ they were friendly customer service was excellent...I would highly recommend big o tiresβ

βI had an issue that I got 3 different opinions of cause. I brought it here and diagnosed. New struts and battery. I drove it to store after getting it back and I found battery dead. Phoned Andrew and towed back to shop. Andrew found that my vehicle had an alternator that was bad but worse was only 600 were put in this jeep. He did a lot of leg work to find 1 . Yes it was a long process but today I got it back and so blessed to have a person look out for me and my safety. I would recommend tire discounters as Andrew definitely saved my Christmas. Thank you

βThis is one of the only reviews Iβve given for a business but for a person that goes based off reviews this should be the one to read :). Iβve been going to Autobahn for about 3 years now, and I would hands down recommend them over the dealer. Their communication and service technicians are dealership level if not more detailed and precise. My Mercedes E350 sounded and performed mechanically brand new ever since Iβve had it serviced from them, even after it hit 100k+ miles. Iβm now bringing them my new to me GLS550 that I know that letting them service it, itβll run and operate like new. Their labor cost is couple hundred bucks cheaper than the dealer and parts are not up-charged. Iβm mainly leaving this review to help this place get more attention and help more people out who need to hear and honest 5 star review :)β
