“We had our first experience with Avis earlier this week due our car we had almost 2 years had to get towed back to dealership for unexpected electrical/mechanical issues.. ERIN was so great with helping us out on such short notice! She was very upfront with the details and expectations that come with renting a vehicle which we did not get from any other rental places we were looking into.. “I had a fantastic experience with the location on US31. An idiot ran a red light and hit my car. I was not happy about it but the service person at Budget immediately got me in a vehicle and on my way.”
“Last month I experienced what most travelers would consider a nightmare. I was 6 hours from home, out of state, on a Sunday with a car that was undriveable. I was able to get my car towed 100 miles north of where I was at and rented a car in Louisville in order to drive that home, before attempting to sort out what to do with the car that would still be 4 hours away from me, trying to be repaired.
When I arrived in Greenwood, surprisingly my car was ready. However, now I had a car that was due back in another state in a few days and the logistics of returning this car and taking my own car when I was traveling alone was an impossible task.
I stopped into the Budget Rental in Greenwood and spoke with Erin. She was exceptionally kind and understanding and helped me sort through what I would need to do in order to return my rental at the Greenwood location instead of the one in Illinois.
She went out of her way to ensure I was able to get my own car and get home safely - without having to worry about what to do with the rental car. If she hadn't been so understanding, I'm sure I would have had to deal with leaving my actual car in Indiana and then having someone else drive me back to Indiana to get my car and that just would have been a waste of the time of many.

“I have issues with this location in the past. Byt this time when I came in it erased all of that. The lady who originally rented me the car had me ready to go as soon as I walked in and that was such a relief. I rented a car for about a month, and James, I think was the guy's name, take care of checking me out and did a great job. It didn't take him long to check the car back in and send a refund of my deposit. The only thing I hated about this was bringing the car back LOL ????”
