“Huge shout out to Marcus at Alamo Sunday when I was supposed to return my rental car it started to have no oil pressure. Through the day on Monday he made sure that there was a rental car sitting in Chicago O’Hare airport that I was able to pick it up and he met me at Indianapolis airport to ensure that everything was closed out properly would highly recommend renting a car here!!”

He went above and beyond as a customer service representative. I use this location often and getting in and out is very quick and I’ve never had an issue.”
“I had a last minute cancelation at another car rental agency due to no cars available at the location, I was upset and without transportation because i took a rideshare there. I called a nearby Enterprise Rent-A-Car, they had cars available, the Agent was friendly she confirmed I could be picked me up within minutes and brought to the rental office. All the rental staff was Awesome, from my pick up to rental desk,. The rental cost was fair, they saved the day for me and I am Grateful.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Enterprise and the team who have helped me over the past month. My car has been in and out of the dealership for repairs, and unfortunately, the repair process has been far from smooth. My car has repeatedly not been taken in when promised, repairs have been delayed, and I’ve had to deal with multiple changes and unexpected issues along the way.
Through all of that, Enterprise has been absolutely incredible. They have worked with me for over a month, been incredibly quick and accommodating, and have provided multiple different rental vehicles as my situation continued to change. Every time I’ve needed help, they have been kind, patient, understanding, and willing to work with me.

“First off, I have to say that this location really stepped up, and they weren't the location we picked up from (St. Louis Lambert Airport), nor the location we were due to return the car to, and they really didn't have to help us at all. But after St. Louis told us we would have to wait and get a Canadian Non-Resident Insurance Card in Detroit (so make another stop at 7-8 pm at night, at the Detroit Airport, to get an insurance card I had already called ahead to make sure was ready), I was so worried we would get there and they would be unable to help us. I pucked a location in Indianapolis along the way on a whim and called, and DeeDee and Larry both went above and beyond for us. Got us the card and sent it to us digitally. Then after the Customer Service # told us they couldn't provide their own Rental Terms & Conditions document until after the car was returned (document needed to cross the border and that rep continually told me the agent in St Louis should have given us...yes, very helpful now when we're 3 hours away), Larry set me up with everything I could possibly need ahead of our crossing and really eased my mind. They took an absolutely awful experience at both St. Louis and with the 800# and turned it around for us. Thank you both so much!”
