“After 10 years of driving I got into my very first car accident. Finding a repair shop with availability and getting everything sorted out with insurance is a very overwhelming experience. Enterprise made getting a rental very simple and easy. I called a couple days in advance to set up my reservation. They made the process so simple. I arrived to Enterprise on Market. Renting a car at this AVIS location, was not optimal given the parking garage was under construction and wasn't a very easy place to get in and out. Dee Dee was wonderful though, at the counter making our experience as easy and she could.”

“Where do I even start? This was an absolutely incredible experience! I checked in on my app before I landed. When I got to the line of about 6 people in the garage the associate was very polite and respectful when I showed him my confirmation. He simply looked at my app to see my reservation and literally walked me to the full size cars for me to select (so I got to bypass standing in line). WOW! I simply got in the car, showed my ID at the gate, and I was done. This was THE BEST CAR CHECK IN EXPERIENCE I've ever witnessed. Returning the car was just was easy. I simply parked it, an attendant said he would email the receipt and done. If you are looking for an easy, enjoyable car rental experience, this is it! “This Budget is within a public parking garage (the one labeled Claypool Court), so it was a bit difficult to find. Can't tell if there is an actual office or not. I was returning my car, so I got the ticket on entering the parking garage and as I was driving up, saw a few spots on the left labelled "Budget" with a guy waiting.Once I found it, drop off was easy! The employee even helped point me in the right direction to walk to my hotel.”

“No complaints! Everything was super easy and straightforward. Our experience was everything that you would want from a car rental experience. We rented a compact car for one day, and the car was fine. We booked the car through Costco, and not through Avis directly, so maybe that influenced our experience. Who knows? In any case, the whole transaction went smoothly.This Avis is located in an unassuming strip mall with a bunch of different shops and restaurants on the corner of 96th Street and Michigan Avenue. I didn't see Avis at first when I entered the shopping center, but it's there!”

“I am a care giver for an individual who has back bone/spinal cancer and he has gone through quite a bit from a cane to a quad cane, walker, toilet assist bars, medical bed, power chair and the list goes on and on. Through it all for the most part ADM Mobility Solutions Inc. has been right there to assure the equipment that is doctor ordered gets to my client in a fast and courteous manner. As far as for anyone needing medical assist items give them a call you will not be disappointed.”

“This was the only place in town I could get a one way rental for a business trip. I had never rented from Avis before, so this was a new experience. I accidentally canceled my reservation 2 days before but called customer service and they reinstated my reservation immediately (thank god). I arrived and received my car right away, but it smelled like smoke…not enough for me to complain but I’ve never experienced a car with that issue with Enterprise or National.”

“A lot has changed in the last 2 years since covid with our rental companies you have to meet the criteria before you can have them pick you up so make sure you call to find out what that is first and as far as reimbursement from your insurance company always check to make sure what your actual policy says is in order to be reimbursed for rental cars you may not be covered of course that's not the rental cars companies fault but since they're part of the whole bracket they're lumped in thanks budget wishing you were as customer service focused as you use to be.”
