“I have always had a great experience with the Greenwood Enterprise. They were able to get me into a last minute rental, and were also so great at dealing with Hubler and getting the contract straightened out on my behalf. Everyone I spoke to in office and over the phone was super helpful, very pleasant and did everything they could to make sure that my experience with their location was five stars. And it was-Give those ladies a raise-They are the reason I will continue to rent from this location. Thank you!”

“We had our first experience with Avis earlier this week due our car we had almost 2 years had to get towed back to dealership for unexpected electrical/mechanical issues.. ERIN was so great with helping us out on such short notice! She was very upfront with the details and expectations that come with renting a vehicle which we did not get from any other rental places we were looking into.. We didn’t have to wait for her service and it was an exceptionally quick process.. Our rental is so beautiful and everything we could’ve asked for.. I recommend visiting Avis and Erin’s services 10000/10”

“I want to give a huge thank you to Shaune and Andrew at the Greenwood 135 location of Hurtz!
After reserving a full-size SUV with another rental company more than a month and a half in advance, I arrived to pick it up only to discover they didn't have the vehicle—or anything close to the size I needed. To make matters worse, I was met with poor attitudes and was offered no solutions whatsoever. Needless to say, I was frustrated, disappointed, and stressed, especially since my family and I were scheduled to leave early the next morning.
With it already being 5:45 PM and Hurtz closing at 6:00 PM, I walked in hoping for a miracle. From the moment I entered, Shaune and Andrew were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely invested in finding a solution. It never felt like they were helping because they had to—it was obvious they truly cared about helping a customer in a difficult situation.
Even though closing time had arrived and they both had families waiting for them at home, they stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. While they weren't able to get me into a full-size SUV, they found another vehicle that worked perfectly for our trip and completely saved the day.
I also have to give a special shoutout to Shaune, who was absolutely wonderful with my 8-year-old daughter. He took the time to make her feel special and even gave her a few little goodies, which completely made her day.
In a world where exceptional customer service can sometimes feel hard to find, Shaune and Andrew are true gems. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed. I had hoped to send this directly to corporate but couldn't find the right place to do so, so I'm sharing it here so others can see the outstanding service we received.
Thank you again, Shaune and Andrew—you turned a stressful situation into a positive experience when another company left us feeling stranded. I highly recommend the Greenwood 135 Hurtz location because of the outstanding service these two provided.”
