“Easy in and easy out. Everything runs pretty smoothly if you have a reservation. However, when I initially picked up the car last week, I was given a car with a temporary plate that expired in 2 days and I was going to be gone for a week, and there were previous renters trash under the seats. I didn't find either of these issues until I got home. So, after calling and being on hold for over 30 minutes, I hung up and took it back. They gave me another vehicle without any problems.”

“Back in August I was rear ended in my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit reserve 4xe during a trip with Uber. (Uber was my full time job) My car went to the collision shop and I had to get a rental. (I was effectively out of a job) the car insurance told me that I could get a rental until my vehicle was fixed but I had to pay for it upfront and I would be reimbursed after I was done with the rental. I found a part time job and started working immediately. ( nothing close to what I was making with Uber) Each week out of my paycheck I had to carefully budget and pay for my rental each week. the Staff was friendly and helpful when I called every Wed or Thurs to renew and pay for another week. Every once in a while I had minor inconveniences with the vehicles but Jake very quickly remedied the situation and put me in a different vehicle. He even offered me an upgrade when I had an issue. very friendly and professional.”
