“Rented a car from another location and had some issues with it. Holly at this branch was AWESOME. Went way way above and beyond and took care of everything getting a car swapped out. Had some concerns with my recent rental experience with Enterprise and she completely flipped it around and made the whole experience a positive one. Definitely recommend renting a car from here!”
“Avis and Budget Car Rental are among the best I’ve experienced so far! Their cars are great, the customer service is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable.
I have about three years of experience with different car rental companies, and so far, Avis and Budget are the ones I would recommend the most.
If you’re looking for a reliable and affordable car rental, especially if you’re on a budget, I highly recommend giving them a try!”
“Reserved ahead and drove all the way there just to find out no car was available even though it was reserved. Luckily someone dropped their rental off early and we was able to get one because of that. I think if you allow someone to reserve the vehicle one should be available when you get there. Giving four stars because of the guy that worked the counter was super nice and super helpful”
“I had a fantastic experience with the location on US31. An idiot ran a red light and hit my car. I was not happy about it but the service person at Budget immediately got me in a vehicle and on my way.”

“I have always had a great experience with the Greenwood Enterprise. They were able to get me into a last minute rental, and were also so great at dealing with Hubler and getting the contract straightened out on my behalf. Everyone I spoke to in office and over the phone was super helpful, very pleasant and did everything they could to make sure that my experience with their location was five stars. And it was-Give those ladies a raise-They are the reason I will continue to rent from this location. Thank you!”
