“Stopped by with a coupon for a free wash. Young gentleman with long hair said his boss said those coupons were an error. Deceptive advertising. I am going to stick with Crew.
Update- I have been talking with management and the team has worked hard to correct the bad first impression. There customer service appears exceptional. I do like the track system which is easier than other car washes. The free vac is a great bonus. The service appears to be one of the best overall values.”

“Just got done having a car wash here and this Crew is one of the best teams I’ve interacted with. Not once do they try and upscale current memberships. My toddler was having a meltdown today before our wash that was loud enough to be heard with the windows rolled up and a female team member gave all of my kids stickers and drew cute smiley faces and flowers on their windows. Of course they all washed off after the car wash but this just shows how much they go above and beyond for customer care. It’s not always about the sales.”
