However I still give them five stars because Uriel was awesome, patient, and very kind! We bought a 2016 Yukon Denali. One thing that struck us as kind of odd was how filthy all of the cars on the lot were. They said they don’t clean them until there’s a for sure sale happening.”

“I think I'm probably many months overdue for my review of Nick and his Luna Automotive Detailing company. I have a newer BMW in Thundernight Metallic (dark purple) and Nick regularly does a wash on it, which includes work on the inside too (windows, mats, etc). I've also had him do a full detail on the car and his meticulous work showed; the car looked the same as the day I drove it out of the showroom with 4 miles on it. I'm very particular, and Nick and team never disappoint. The prices are very fair, no gouging. He's friendly and sincere, and you or your car are never rushed.”

“I’ve been a regular customer of Jimmy Buff-it for eight years with my pickup truck, having it detailed at least six times inside and out, including after extended camping trips to Alaska and the Rocky Mountains. Each time it has come back looking at least as good as the day I bought it ten years ago. They have done an awesome job, including minor body repairs and paint touch up. I also had them detail my truck camper twice, once in their shop and once on site.Excellent service. Excellent quality work. Excellent attention to detail. Is a must to have a membership here and you simply put the sticker in the top corner of your windshield and zoom right through afterwards we were able to actually use to vacuum my friend, and I to attack the car at both sides got it vacuumed up really quick and out of there She's a really bad driver as well so when she was going up on the rails, the woman was very kind and helping her get them readjusted overall five star experience.”

“I keep my 2010 Toyota Avalon I call "Cream Puff" clean with regular trips to Crew. I received an enthusiastic greeting and great service from Wendy who asked but didn't pressure me to buy a car wash book. I asked about wheel bright and she told me it was included with the wash coupon I had. She offered to ask the guys to extra spray my wheels in particular after I told her I do professional transport of injured people to their doctor appointments. . The guys forgot one wheel so I went back through to get a 2nd wash (always offered if not satisfied). She said she would upgrade to the ultimate for the re-wash and make sure all four wheels were sprayed. She was so great I bought another coupon book from her anyway and asked to speak to her manager / trainer Kelsey who was just as sweet and kind. Crew Car Wash is hard to top in service and all locations are great. This particular location is a notch above because of Wendy and her manager.”

“I was going 2 Sparkling Image 4 20 yrs or so, I decided 2 try Crew car wash mostly because of the lines @ Sparkling Image, it's not because of bad service, it's faster @ Crew if u pay 4 the monthly pass. U basically skip the line and drive right thru. Just 29.99 for the first 3 months for then 39.99, considering it costs an average of 11.00 for a basic car wash, this is a good deal. You get the ceramic fast wax, tire shine and wheel bright, underbody wash and clear coat. Remember it's unlimited 4 a month, u can wash your car everyday and go thru multiple times a day if your car is really dirty. Highly reccomend! Give it a try 4 3 months if u don't like it u can cancel 24 hrs b4 your renewal date or change your plan 2 basic for 19.99 a month.”

“Passed through Indy on our way back home to IL from TN. Our dogs were car sick and desperately needed a bath after the very long vacation and road trip. Indy Spotless Car Wash was right by our hotel and totally saved us! We took both dogs at once and were able to wash them very safely and efficiently in the enclosed, covered dog washing room. I really really appreciated that it was indoors so that we could let one dog roam while we washed the other dog. The dog wash station included a chain to hook to the dog's collar to keep them secured in the basin, as well as a sprayer that provided the perfect water temperature and pressure for washing the dogs effectively without hurting them. I loved that it had lots of settings and options for soaps, including flea & tick treatment, skunk spray removal, etc. The dryer wasn't perfect, but it did the job. We really appreciated having this place close by to access this much needed service.”

“I love to get my car washed and I goTo a lot of the crew car washes with my membership, but this location is my favorite ! Perfect example, my card was compromised at my bank so I had to get a new card and it was a whole mess, in the Interim of that, my monthly subscription was processed and because I forgot to change over my card to the new card it was obviously denied. So I drove up to this location and Aaron (a manager) greeted me happily and even though it was my mistake and he was busy, he told me not to worry he could fix that for me in a flash and he did!! He even made it so that I didn’t get charged until the actual day my card was to be charged to begin with!! He was so nice and upbeat and made me feel like I was the ONLY customer he had, and that my situation was important. I think it’s so easy to put a negative review so we can warn people of certain places but when someone goes out of their way to be an exceptional person…you have to acknowledge that! Thank you Aaron! Also, the girl who led me through katarana (I know I butchered that name I apologize) but she was also very friendly and happy to be there and it just made my day start out with a smile because of their smiles!I gave 5 stars because I couldn’t give 6!!!!The morning crew is awesome!!!”
