“Great customer service and fast pickup times, but man some of their staff needs to learn to drive. It seems like half the times I go here I almost get hit by someone with a Best Buy uniform on. I've also seen them speed through the mall parking lot at 40+ mph on numerous occasions. I'm going to start parking at the end of the Von Maur lot and walking over, and I'd suggest anyone else who cares about their safety and their vehicle do that too.”

“My laptop would not turn on after a factory reset and he was able to get it fixed within the week for a very reasonable price. Super nice guy and goes the extra mile as well.”
