I’ve had a great experience since switching to first merchants bank. The front staff along with the manager Christine have been amazing. It’s so nice to walk into a bank and they know you by name. Christine is very knowledgeable and will take the time to walk you through any and everything you need help with.

Going to the bank isn't always a good time but at this location it always is! I'm horrible with names but everyone deserves to be mentioned by name, the tellers, and bank manager!
