“I love every teller in there, especially the redhead one, but the other lady used I believe they all mostly have black hair done very nicely every day they all come in very presentable very professional they help you with as much as they can and if you might’ve forgot something that you mentioned earlier they’ll bring it back up in case you forgot that you wanted to talk to them about it and they’ll solve your all your problem If it’s something above their head, they’ll call supervisor if the supervisor is busy, they will make sure that it’s an urgent note that needs to be taken care of ASAP and they will get right back with you. I will never change the bank ever.”

“This a branch of my bank I have not been inside of yet until today. This is one of their newer branches. The vaulted ceiling showing in my posted photo will be similar to newly rebuilt Mooresville branch when it reopens this summer. I like these huge vaulted ceilings. They give the inside of the building a feeling of being outside while still being protected from the elements. Today was just an ordinary stop for an ordinary transaction. I found no waiting for a teller, friendly service and the usual efficient fast service. Parking was no issue and there were multiple drive through lanes in the rear of the building.”

“I have been banking with Fifth Third for over 10 years and they are acceptable for general banking. I have tried different banks, but they have been fairly consistent regarding my various banking needs.This location is fairly close to where I live, which is convenient and the personnel are always pleasant, quick and efficient when I need to handle any business. I go to this location because the other location that was closer to me surprisingly closed down, which was disappointing, but it is what it is regarding the current state of affairs within the economy and post Covid.”
