“I came to cabinets by Nicholas in search for a custom made cabinet doors to cover some open shelving I have in my home.David (designer) worked with me every step of the way to make sure it was a perfect fit & was able to get me a really good price. The doors arrived in about 3 weeks, exactly as ordered.I will be using cabinets by Nichols in the future for other home renovations. David was such a pleasure to work with!”

“I could not be happier with the customer service I received from David at ProSource of South Indianapolis. The color in our flooring was off (some had yellow hues and some were pure gray) and we were not happy customers. The bad part was that 80% of our flooring was already installed when we noticed the defect. I reached out to ProSource and from there our customer service journey became impeccable. The constant communication from David; communicating every step of the way and keeping us in the know. David was able to order all new flooring from the manufacturer and get them to pay for removal and reinstallation of the new flooring. The crew that David used to remove and reinstall our new floors was Hobbs Flooring and we simply could not be happier. “We lost an 80 gallon water heater this past Friday (Dec 22nd) and we managed to call Lee about 3 minutes before they closed for the holidays. They were the only place in town with an 80 gallon in stock and they ran the transaction and left the water heater on the loading dock for us. Huge thanks for taking care of us at the very end of shift on a Friday before the holidays”
“I drove about an hour and a half to this location to shop for bathroom tile a few weeks ago. I spent about an hour on FaceTime with my husband walking around the store, trying to select tile for our home. My phone died before we decided, so I had to run out to my car for 10-15 minutes to charge it. When I went to walk back in to make my purchase, I realized they had just closed at 7pm.The absolute sweetest employee (I wish I had gotten her name) had just clocked out to leave, she stopped me as I was walking back to my car, defeated ready head all the way back home. She told me she had seen me walking throughout the store, she ended up calling the store manager on shift and told him the situation. Not only did they open up their doors and allow me to buy what I needed, the store manager offered and loaded everything in my vehicle for me, a true gentleman.Every single employee I encountered that evening was so nice and professional, I cannot recommend this place enough. I also cannot thank them enough for what they did for me. Truly wonderful and kind hearted!Update: Lisa is the employees name who I spoke with in the parking lot that day :) What an angel.”
