There were a few minor problems when we received our cabinets & she contacted Kraftmaid to order replacements which were received in a timely matter. “First time doing a project like this. We spoke to two people with Peak and they both were very knowledge about the process and seemed to want our project to go well if we went with them or someone else. They didn’t have a slab with the color we wanted but found one at another suppliers place.The installation included cutting into custom cabinets to make the sink we chose fit. The crew was on time and made sure we were satisfied before they left.We have two seams that look great.We opted to use their Plumber and he is now our Plumber and our neighbors Plumber as well.So good to see a company doing it like it should be done.”

Our installer, Dustin, was friendly, professional, amazing and very detailed. He did our counter overlays with a black granite and glass grey and white back splash! I would highly recommend them!!! “When I wanted to replace a toilet quickly because of impending arrival of guests, I turned to Julie McSweeney at Kohler to see if she could help me. Help me she did! Efficiently and expertly. She made sure my selection was appropriate to the space by asking necessary questions and then immediately confirmed that the item was in stock. Next, she followed through with suggesting a first rate plumber who would come when promised. Julie’s help was friendly and, most of all, knowledgeable and thorough. The job was done in what seemed to me to be record time and I don’t think this could have been accomplished without her involvement. I really appreciated all she did for me!”

“I caught myself in an unfortunate situation this morning heading to work, when I was driving down North Franklin heading to work. My vehicle had succumbed to a flat tire due to road conditions and massive potholes on Franklin. I utilized the Ferguson plumbing supply parking lot to make a quick repair and get on my way. After some struggle I felt so defeated with my car, when not one but three Ferguson employees came to my aid. I didn't get their names, but I really appreciate it all their assistance, time, and effort this morning. The parking lot was well lit making it a safe place for me to stop as well. This company is lucky to have employees who care so much for those of us caught up in a bind. You guys rock and I'm so thankful.”

“I absolutely love my cutco knives and this store. I'm definitely a perfectionist. My knives are always incredibly sharp because I have this store next to my home. I used to sharpen my own knives, but it's never as good. I have used countless knives (cheaper and more expensive) and nothing compares to my cutco. Cooking is so much more enjoyable when you don't have to struggle with mediocre knives.”

“I had phoned the plumbing dept at Plumbers Supply and patiently the gentleman listened to my plumbing problem and did a search to try and help me on a part for my mother's shower needing replaced , when he informed me that they did not carry what I was needing, he did direct me to contact another company that is known to carry older parts. What a great employee of Plumbers Supply which is a reflection of the kind of service you can depend on getting through them.”

My daughter in-law recommended Benjamin Moore for a large home remodel project and literally every product I've tried there has out performed any that I've used in the past. “This store is huge and fabulous. Two levels of beautiful things for your home. Service very helpful. I purchased the Barrett sofa one month ago and opened a credit card to get credits towards merchandise. Love the sofa! I was hoping to find four suitable upholstered dining chairs but had no luck. There’s a broad selection, but I found the upholstered ones to be light of padding. I can feel the frame when I sit. I don’t think this will work well, particularly for larger people. Oh well. “I could not be happier with the customer service I received from David at ProSource of South Indianapolis. The color in our flooring was off (some had yellow hues and some were pure gray) and we were not happy customers. The bad part was that 80% of our flooring was already installed when we noticed the defect. I reached out to ProSource and from there our customer service journey became impeccable. The constant communication from David; communicating every step of the way and keeping us in the know. David was able to order all new flooring from the manufacturer and get them to pay for removal and reinstallation of the new flooring. The crew that David used to remove and reinstall our new floors was Hobbs Flooring and we simply could not be happier. We will forever buy our flooring from ProSource and we will refer anyone we can to purchase from them. Thank you, David, for such a wonderful experience!”

“Finally received an answer about weight limits on the furniture we wanted. Sofa 750lbs total. 250 per seat and 400 for chair. So we ordered. It did take a few months to get since we were ordering custom color and legs. The day of delivery was surprisingly flawless. Not what we've had in the past with any delivery. Delivery van was on time. Two men ( one guy and his teenage son ) brought the furniture in wrapped. They unwrapped it all put the legs on and placed them in the room where I wanted. They took away all the trash and left nothing behind. Took less then 30 min to set it up and they were gone. We had already moved our old furniture out to our garage as per instructions to have the space cleared. I gave away our old but still in decent shaped stuff on Buy Nothing. Had they gotten back with me quicker about the weight limits this would have been a 5 star review.”

“You can find good deals here. I just bought thick long bath towels on sale for only $7 a piece. In the past, I've purchased golf umbrellas and even Dove dark chocolate. It's hit or miss with different products on each visit, but it's definitely worth a look.”

“There are some legends of customer service who work here. Matt at the Pro desk is kind and informative. He provided us with the tools we needed, excellently answered the questions we had, and gave valuable insight to the creative side of our project while giving us space to find our preferences. Sekou is personable, fun, and accommodating. Tonya graciously helped slog through several of our tile sample returns. Lastly, I appreciated the staff who helped load our order. I believe it was Terrance and two other gentlemen. Again, I really appreciated the customer service I received.I wish Floor and Decor as a network did store to store inventory transfers because I needed a specific color grout and matching caulk that couldn't be ordered online to the Castleton store. I'm confused why I couldn't order the Navajo Brown grout and caulk to Castleton, but no one seemed to have an answer. I ended up calling the Greenwood store and had to pay for them to ship it to my house. I still appreciate my experience with Floor and Decor, and it would be nice to not pay for shipping or be able to order products to the Castleton store that are clearly available within the Floor and Decor network.”

“Leaking Water Roman tub spout that caused water leaking into the basement. At first they said it is not the spout but a bad oring that connects the rough in piping to the spout. I disagreed but agreed to try the oring, They sent the oring, it still leaked. They said maybe a poorly manufactured oring. I Insisted it was a worn spout so the oring wouldn't seal. They sent me another oring which still didn't solve the problem. I argued that it was a worn spout at the point the oring is suppose to seal against the inside of the spout. They finally said they would send me a new spout. As I said the new spout solved the problem. Long process but a commend Delta for finally sending me a spout for my Roman tub faucet that solved my problem”
