“Yes I recently went into the Hot Topic in the Greenwood Park Mall yesterday August 22nd. I was with my daughter who is seven and we were there to try to find some Baby Three blind boxes. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by a girl named Addeson. She was awesome to say the least she was smiling and just real energetic. I happened to look over and on the counter there was a whole case(6 to 12 blind boxes in case) thay had not been opened. I asked her hey are those for sale she said of course then my daughter went over and Addeson immediately went over and opened the case. Addison said to my daughter sweetie pick whichever one you want. You're really just put a smile on my child's face. There were also several Baby Three blind boxes on the shelves so we all went over there and looked at them and we started talking about him we started talking about baby threesome more a really good conversation. She also gave us a coupon that we were not expecting that helped out a lot. I was blown away by her customer service her energetic demeanor bit ultimately I was so impressed with how she dealt with my daughter or how she talked to my daughter. I'm 44 years old and this has to be one of the top if not the top experiences that I've ever dealt with pertaining to customer service and Retail. I know one day that she would make a very good manager if not a regional or district manager. If you have not been to Hot Topic in the Greenwood Park Mall I would suggest you go there ask for Addeson on and she will take care of you I promise. She Rocks! Thanks again Addeson! (141507)

“You don't expect to find less than retail prices at a brand store away from an outlet mall. The Carhartt store had everything and there were bargains to be had.”
“This store has amazing customer service. We went in just to look at boards ended up leaving with a really cool board that my husband loves. All the ladies were so friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 if I could give 100 stars I would.”
“Good selection of clothing items. 2 items I bought there previously were poor quality. A pair of Colts sweatpants, and a thin hoodie. The hoodie was especially bad. It came out of the wash very fuzzy and unwearable. The sweats were just poor quality. I threw out both.
This time I bought 2 long sleeve T-shirts that seem to be nice.
It would be great if they carried some Indy 500 items, but I haven't seen any there.
Prices are fairly steep like most places.”

“I was visiting from out of town and decided to stop by the store to browse. I was quickly greeted by Mr. Peyton, who offered assistance and helped me find a great pair of jeans. Just as I was about to make a purchase, I received an important message and had to leave unexpectedly.
About an hour later, I returned to the store, and Peyton immediately recognized me and greeted me by name. He had set aside not only the original pair I was interested in, but also two additional options he thought I might like. After trying all three on, I ended up purchasing the two new pairs—both of which my wife really liked.
Peyton’s customer service was outstanding. He was attentive, professional, and showed a genuine interest in helping me find the right fit. His sales approach was both thoughtful and effective. I believe he has a very bright future ahead of him.

“My granddaughter and I decided to take a trip to Sephora inside Kohl's. Upon walking into the makeup area we were greeted by a beautiful young lady by Ivanna, She is a joy to work with and was very educational and assisting two beginners on the makeup scene. She tried different foundations and concealers to match both of our skin tones and was exceptionally went above what I thought was deserving. Thank you for hiring her and I know you guys are going to miss her if she should leave the company have a great day thank you”
