The only thing written on the note was the price. Come on guys! I waited for that quote. You could have put a little more effort into that especially since it's a new service.”

Today, I visited Jiffy Lube for a routine service on my truck. As always, the service was quick, efficient, and professional—exactly what I’ve come to expect as a regular customer. However, this visit stood out for an entirely different reason.
When it came time to pay, I ran into an unexpected issue with my bank. The night before, I received a fraud alert regarding my account, which I confirmed as legitimate, but my card was still locked. Unfortunately, none of my other payment options worked either. Feeling embarrassed, I explained the situation to the service technician and asked if I could quickly run to my bank to resolve the issue. Without hesitation, he agreed.
I was able to sort everything out at the bank and returned about 45 minutes later to pay for the service. What really impressed me was the level of trust the service technician extended to me. When I asked him if he ever doubted I would come back, he said he trusted me because I was a regular customer and valued the relationship, just as I’ve always trusted Jiffy Lube for excellent service.
This experience turned what could have been a stressful moment into a positive one, and it reinforced why I keep coming back. The professionalism, understanding, and trust shown by the staff were exceptional. I would highly recommend Jiffy Lube to anyone looking for not just great service for their vehicle, but also great customer service.
