“I’ve never had much luck with customer service at the Greenwood Jared location. In fact, I usually drive from Greenwood all the way to the Keystone location because they consistently provide a better experience. However, I happened to be in the area and only needed to have my ring cleaned, so I decided to stop in and give Greenwood another chance.
I’m so glad I did because I had the best experience I’ve ever had there with Cheyenne. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely took the time to assist me. In the past, I’ve often felt like I wasn’t a priority because I was only coming in for a ring cleaning rather than making a purchase. Cheyenne made me feel valued as a customer, regardless of the reason for my visit.”
