“Cute little jewelry shop. Had them repair two older pieces and they really took care of me. They had them done so quickly that I had to wait until the following day to come collect them. The prices were better than reasonable. I’ve had one of the items replaced two other times and Windsor did better work for less money. Will absolutely be back for future repairs.”

“I walked into Master Jewelers as nervous as I could be… in my hand I had 2 VERY special rings. A solitaire from my grandmother and cluster set from her mom (my great grandmother). These 2 items were priceless. The moment I met Arlene I knew this was the place to trust with my treasures. She sat down with me and we designed a ring that used all the components of the 2 rings. She let me know up front it was a process and would likely take 6-8 weeks to complete. She sent me texts/videos of the process along the way. Yesterday my husband picked up the ring… I cried. “Fantastic jewelry repair! Fixed two gold necklace chains of mine within days. They both look brand new! One of the chains is extremely small, and I was told that the repair will likely be visible due to how small the links are. I can’t tell where the repair was done at all; the necklace looks brand new!
