I couldn't find a part for my log splitter anywhere. I ended up at tool planet, and left a message for call back to see if they had the part I was looking for. I was called back by Pam. They didn't have the part I needed. But Pam took time to look around the Web real quick while I was on the phone, To help me find the part I was looking for. I give Pam five stars for customer service.

Order was shipped and received VERY quickly. The item was exactly as shown in ads and exactly what I needed.My order was some small wheels with roller bearing hubs. They replaced similar wheels on my electric folding wheelchair. Now when the wheelchair is folded these new wheels will turn easily andnot bind up and drag like the previous ones.Thanks, Toolplanet!!

I have ordered from Tool Planet a couple of times. The first order I placed came in a timely manner with my items working as they should. My second order was for a pump, which was meant to be used as an extra on hand just in case something happened to the one I had. That said, I had no reason to hook up the water pump to check it since I wouldn't be using it at the moment. Time went on and when I did NEED the water pump I realized it was damaged and didn't work at all. I reached out to the company with no resolve. Not even an apology. It seemed as though Pam found it sketchy that I didn't immediately hook up an item I bought as a back up. Round and around for over a week and I was forgotten about. I reached out two more times with no resolve. That said, I'll shop elsewhere for items I need.

Outstanding customer service. My first time buying from Tool Planet and the shipment was lost in transit and never arrived. I called Tool Planet and after a couple of days they replaced my order at no extra charge. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

I ordered a Micrometer from Tool Planet after I purchased 3 before which didnt read to what I needed them too. I spoke with a Very Nice lady as she was about to leave and had to restart her computer to help me. I found out the Micrometer was just as I need it to be. Would do business' with them over any other company so I give them a 5 Star Rating, Thanks for the Customer Service

Have called a dozen times. Have emailed. They took my money at checkout, but I have no clue if or when my order will ship. Two customer service numbers and no responses.

This is my first purchase with this company so I called to check on an order. The customer service lady, I spoke to, is amazing and let me know the status of my order in detail. I like that. She told me about some other tools related to the projects I am working on that I actually do need in my shop. That was very helpful. Tool Planet is a great business to do business with. They are on top of their game. Someone give Pam a promotion.

They are the most accommodating company I have ever worked with. Tried to order an item and was told it was not in stock and they did not know when it would be.I was told they would call me when they had it in stock again. I didn’t believe it but low and behold weeks later I not only received an email advising me it was in stock but also received a phone call to let me know I could now order it.I have never experienced this much customer support from any other company.

Pam was very helpful and explained the issue with ATT and problems with incoming calls. The package arrived via UPS and though a substitution of a like product had occurred I needed a specific bit. Still waiting for my product to ship. It's been well over a month and I cannot get a hold of anyone or get them to call me back. Would not recommend buying from this place if you ever want to receive your item. One star is to high of a rating for them.

Purchased a 13lb auto body dent puller at a great price! Weeks later this company send me a free gift in the mail (set of 2 pliers). They will come in handy! Tool Planet will be the first company I search when in need for something else!

I needed a paddle switch for a Harbor Freight cement mixer. I left a message on Friday to call me. The Tool Planet rep called me on Sunday night to recommend the correct switch. She was right. It is perfect replacement part and now cement mixer works again. Great service and quality parts.

Customer service is horrible, tried contacting via phone and email but they won't get back with me. Can't speak to a human cause their phone call goes straight to voice mail. All I wanna know if my order has shipped. Will never buy from Tool Planet again, look elsewhere.
