“We were having air-conditioning troubles in our GMC for a few years. We had other shops work on the air conditioning. We stopped at I&B Automotive, told them our problem and asked for a quote. That same day, Riley called and gave us their quote. Riley is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and courteous. She understood our concern and we scheduled with her. We took it in, dropped it off and the next day she called to say it was what they thought we needed. They worked on it that day and it was ready the following day. We picked it up and we are so happy and pleased with their work. We thank you I&B Automotive. You have a new customer.”

“I hit a deer and had quite a bit of damage to my 2023 Ford Escape. Took my car to Mark, he fit us in and had the car done in a week and that doesn't surprise us but when we picked up our car not only was the body work perfect but it was totally detailed inside and out, looked and smelled like a new car. Great people to work with, quality work, great customer service, highly recommend.

“I had just moved to Walkerton in late March, so was kinda ignorant to who was who mechanic-wise. Took my car to prompt her in town, and they were pricey, but okay. Then I needed a lower ball joint, rear brakes, brake fluid flush and a new brake line hose. All in all, the price was nearly HALF that of prompt automotive, and I got my car back the day of service, not 3 or 4 days later. I've definitely found my new go to mechanic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“There are not words to describe how thankful my husband and I are for T&T Auto Inc. We were on our way back home to Tennessee on Sunday after Thanksgiving when a U Joint went out. Even before picking us up, T&T was flexible trying to help us pick the most economical solution (in both time and money). Then, Kevin picked us up and dropped us (and a dog) off at an Air Bnb before taking our huge Dodge truck to the shop. Kevin worked on it Sunday night and told us what was needed Monday morning (front axle). He had the parts within an hour and had us back on the road about 4 hours later (after delivering the truck back to the Airbnb). Wow! Simply wow. If you ever need a tow while in the area, definitely give them a call! Huge shout out to Kevin!”
