“When I don't need help finding something it's great, but some of the people there need to be trained better so they can be more help full when someone needs it, just an example went there the other day to get parts I needed to change my faucet the person had no idea of anything in plumbing and that's the section he works in, he tried to tell me that there is no reducer from 1/2in to 3/8in fittings so I could hook up the water line, tried to tell this 20 something year old that I have 25 years experience in construction but he told me he knows more then I do about plumbing ?? i walked out and went to there competitor and got what I needed”

“went to menards and home-depo looking for a spring for my storm door handle both places told me they dont have it ..went to this hardware store I get greeted as soon as i walk in the guy explains to me no they dont have the spring but then tells me how easy to buy one cut it to lenght even use a ball point pen spring ..so i went home cut the spring with my fine needlenose pliers it set pretty easy to dimples line it up it works better than new I was ready just to buy the new handle for 25.00 dollars plus tax the spring cost .99 cents thats why i go there ...”
