“Exceptional customer service. The employee who is a pretty Hispanic woman with a baby Jesus necklace made the experience absolutely perfect. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the merchandise as well as providing tips to make the most out of the selection process. She is an asset to the company. I stayed out of the store after dropping in a few times in the past due to bad vibes, but the current employees are wonderful. It would be nice if they had fitting rooms, but there were no issues returning the items that didn't work out. Also, I went in for a pair of jeans and walked out with a weeks worth of clothes plus a jacket for $80. You cant beat their prices for fast fashion. Thank you Rainbow and employees. Last month, Foot Locker Inc. reopened its flagship store at 112 W 34th St. in New York City, as part of new retail plans. The store introduced "Home Court," a basketball-focused shopping area created with Nike and Jordan Brand. The updated store offers a basketball-themed shopping experience. It combines customer service with the newest products for use on and off the court from several brands.
