Both facilities are customer friendly, very helpful, and if assistance is needed, they are quick to respond. “A cd of mine had matured and I wanted to cash it out. I spoke to a gentleman on the phone and he answered my questions and said he would have paperwork for me to sign and I made plans to stop at the bank the next day. He wasn’t in when I got there the next day but a teller was quick to contact him and get the needed papers. I was done and leaving in about 20 mins.
The people I spoke with were very knowledgeable and either knew what to do themselves or knew who to contact to get answers.
