“There is plenty of parking available no matter the time. No wait time for a shower, probably because they're $25 (which is insane). The showers are clean with good water pressure but not worth the price. The store is decently clean overall with good staff.”

“Pilot Travel Center is a travel center, and the traveling one does within it is merely a preview of the traveling one is already doing. You arrive because you were moving and have chosen, briefly, to stop moving, and Pilot is where that stopping happens. The building is large in the way that buildings committed to largeness are large. You notice it from the highway. It notices you back, in the sense that it is there and you are also there.
The fuel options are numerous in a quantity-related way. Diesel exists alongside things that are not diesel, and together they form a spectrum of combustibility that serves the needs of vehicles across a broad and inclusive range. Truckers fuel here. Regular cars fuel here. The pumps accommodate this diversity without comment, which is a form of acceptance.
Inside, Pilot opens up into an interior that continues for longer than expected. There are sunglasses. There are items in bags. There is a Subway, or a similar arrangement of bread-adjacent proteins, present in the way that Subways are present in places like this. A rewards program exists and has a name. The name can be learned.
Showers are available for those whose journey has produced the need for showers. This is a service. It is rendered in rooms behind a door. What occurs in those rooms is showering, and it occurs at a price that is posted somewhere near the desk where the person stands.
The trucking community finds comfort here. Non-truckers find that they can also be here, coexisting peacefully among the truck stop amenities like anthropological observers of a culture that runs on diesel and 5-hour Energy.
Five stars. Piloted successfully. Would travel again through this center of travel.”

“I went in this morning 4/19/25 the 2 ladies working out front I did not get their names were so nice and welcoming. Both ladies were outside cleaning by the firewood before I went in. So nice to see people care about their work to go above and beyond at there jobs. Thank you to you both”
“The touchscreen will let you order food and it gives a receipt but it does not show up on the employees computer behind counter so you stand there assuming they are making it but they are not. The IT guy might need to come here to fix it.”
“Have been going to Wslgreens in Hebron for 23 years. Everyone is over friendly, caring, and makes you feel like family.
