This place is a complete SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COST!! Rented a unit for immediate occupancy, 3 days later and I still cannot access our unit. Was told we had to go to DeMotte to get the lock - wasted an hour traveling back and forth to find that even though we were there during business hours, they closed early. We have called at this point over 10 times for nobody to be able to get ahold of the property manager. Requested several calls back from the property manager - 3 days later, still have not received a call back from the property manager or the district manager. We have been charged the rent for these days but still are unable to get ahold of anyone or have anyone return our calls. Now we have received the November invoice for a unit we can’t access and even though we declined insurance they have billed us for that too. Now we are trying to cancel this unit and guess what, the only way to do that is through the property manager that nobody can get ahold of.

Online registration was lagging and semi-frustrating. Got thru it but can only use their lock. Traveled 20 miles each way waited during normal business hours for extended period of time and no one showed up to help. The folks on the other end of the phone were nice but no one could get ahold of the manager. Sent all help home with pay and will have to figure out how to get their lock so I can put my stuff inside!! Hugely inconvenient and an expensive way to start an experience!! STAFF IS IMPORTANT!!!

Online paperwork to complete application was corrupted and could not be signed. When I called back a few days later to try and complete the paperwork, the SRA person put me on indefinite hold. I hung up after 15 minutes. A week later, SRA sent me a bill for a rental agreement I never signed. Disrespectful business practices.

Originally gave a 1 star review, have amended my review because the owners were very prompt and curtious in responding to my issue. Their customer service was amazing and should be followed as an example by any business.

I will preface with that I had no issues with them until now. Before this, I would have given them 5 stars because they were pretty good. I had a question that took several emails to get answered about rent increase. I was told that something was sent in the mail, which it could have been but I did not get it, hints why I was asking. I get that rent increases happen and I get that sometimes mail gets lost or mixed up, that’s not my issue. My issue was the attitude I was met with for asking. He was extremely rude and he didn’t have time for my questions. I spoke with the owner after and she was nice but this guy was just really rude.

Horrible! Unprofessional & won't return phone calls. Your just past along the line & nothing ever comes of it. (35 days & no return calls.) General manager just as rude as her incompetent employees. Continue to take $ out of your account when authorized not to. DO NOT DO AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWAL. with this company. I've had other storage units different places & NEVER had a problem.

this place did not take care of their broken gate issue leaving it open to strangers which caused my unit that I've had over 5 years with no issues until last month to get broken into. the owners refused to help with any costs and failed to have any video surveillance by my unit. I'm very disappointed with this company
