This bank looks getting better than before. A few years ago, their manager Samantha discriminated against me, and it was actually due to her own mistake at work. I’m glad she no longer works there.

This is my neighborhood chase bank and they literally NEVER answer the phone. Every time I call, it so difficult to get someone on the phone. So much so, that I barely ever leave reviews but it happens so often, hear I am, leaving a not so satisfied review in hopes that, that will change!
