This bank branch is absolutely terrible. I called for DAYS at various times to absolutely no answer. I walked into the branch itself 2 separate times requesting help to open an account. The second time I was treated extremely poorly by a teller named Emily. When I related my displeasure of how the branch operated she laughed at me. This is not a case of disgruntled patron, this is a case of rudecstaff and poor management.

The extra star is for the people inside the branch, I have never had a bad experience dealing with the employees inside the bank, but the low rating is for the ATMs outside. For many YEARS there have always been issues with these ATMs, as long as I can remember. nearly every time I pull up to either one there is always a problem, can’t dispense cash, can’t accept deposits, not working at all, etc…You would think as huge as Chase is that it wouldn’t be an issue to fix or replace them, especially after many years of people complaining about them. Probably a branch manager that is not on top of things.

The ATM in the lobby is constantly out of order. I frequently go to the Hessville and Calumet City, IL, branches, and I have yet to have the ATMs be out of order. This is very inconsiderate of your customers time. I have wasted countless trips with this result at the Highland branch. Hopefully this helps the problem.

Marisol and Isabella (branch manager) were extremely helpful with adding a new line of checking and closing an existing older account. Both were patient and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They also showed me some cool features on the app that I didn’t know about. I expected this to be a stressful process but they made everything quick and painless. Thanks for the help, ladies!

This branch is terrible (except for the manager was fairly nice and tried to accommodate my mom, since their one "banker" was out for the day). We understand that many places are understaffed, but I do not understand how a "manager" "does not have access" to simply discuss/add names to an account??The biggest issue, however, were the tellers who were mocking and smirking and laughing at my elderly mother who has a walker (neither of us were yelling or anything - we were more astounded than anything) - which is absolutely unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate to discuss and am looking into other banks to transfer my several accounts to as well.

Great staff that take their time to assist their customers and they are busy during the week so the drive through can be more convenient, this branch location is definitely nice and very convenient.

The last two Saturdays the ATMs have not worked at this branch. Very inconvenient when trying to withdraw cash.

If I was to ever switch Banks I would probably go to Chase. Because they do have a good checking program. And they do have a good access to your money as well as ATMs in very convenient locations. I like the place

Overall, my experiences have been pretty good at this bank (inside). However, the two outdoor ATMs are in a terrible setting outside of a long-abandoned drive-up facility. The pavement is awful, and basically it's like having two ATMs in a ghost town. The lack of a drive-up is a huge mark against this bank. This is why I do more of my banking at the Griffith Centier now.

Most chase locations allow customers to come in and wait to speak with a banker. This one always claims to be busy and can't see customers even though there is nobody waiting. Their business banking services are even worse. I don't even think the business banker works there anymore. Save your time, go to another location.
