“I cannot say enough good things about Water's Edge! Our family acquired a Koi pond in a move, and we were very overwhlemed at first. Carolyn has helped us every step of the way! The guys who come out to open, clean, and close the ponds are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable too! I love that they offer pond seminars a few times a year to help beginners learn the basics of pond care. They carry pond supplies in their store, as well as: home decor, garden decor, holiday decor, womens clothing and accessories, gifts, and more! Whenever I go in store for pond supplies, I always walk out for with something cute for my house too! ? We really appreciate Carolyn the rest of her hardworking staff!”

“My husband and I were travelling through Indiana on our way to O'Hare and flying back to our home in Washington State. We had some extra time so stopped here just to look around since we are considering purchasing some new furniture back home. Cathy greeted us and showed us around. Even after making it clear that we were far from home and wouldn't be buying anything, she continued to be friendly and hospitable, chatting with us and inviting us to look around as long as we wanted. She was a bright spot in many miles of heavy traffic! So while we couldn't buy anything from Groen's, we certainly would if we lived in the area. The store is filled with many quality items. Please check it out when you are looking for new furniture!”

My significant other was out of town and I needed a gift for an anniversary party. We live in town, so she sent me here. I clearly had no idea what I was doing or even looking for. Regina asked if she could help and I could not have appreciated it more. I told her whatI was there for and she found something for me in less than one minute. No joke. She even wrapped it for me.

“I could not speak more highly of Alsip Home & Nursery! My partner had mentioned a particular Batman watering can that she used to have. She wasn’t sure where it went but it was super sentimental to her. A quick Google search and I found the can at Alsip! I’m extremely skeptical of what comes up in Google searches, but I decided to take a chance and go for it. The item got here I believe within a few days. I was absolutely shocked and blown away. “The young Hispanic woman at the cashier was an absolute superstar. So personable and helpful. Very encouraging to her other associate working the floor and helping her do other tasks. She had a huge line and was getting everyone out so fast. Genuinely so nice and welcoming. Very disarming. I made sure I let her know when I got to the register as well. I did the survey on the receipt as well to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves. Please make sure to give her a raise or promotion. Both is what she really deserves. You all should be very grateful to have her as a team member. She’ll be the reason you have a lot more returning and HAPPY customers. Get her to train other employees too! She’s the best example to lead.”
