HomeGoods offers a great variety of items at reasonable prices, making it a nice place to find unique odds and ends for the home. Customers appreciate the friendly employees and the wide selection available, from home decor to pet supplies like food bowls and toys. However, many reviews mention that the store layouts are poorly designed, making it difficult for shoppers to navigate, especially when crowded. While some items can be pricey, the overall value and quality of products keep customers returning. Many shoppers wish for larger store spaces, like the old Bed Bath and Beyond across the street, to better display the extensive inventory. Despite the layout issues, HomeGoods remains a favorite destination for bargain hunters seeking great finds.
Very large store and orginized. Wide variety of home products especially for the holidays. Prices are reasonable. Great clearance items and very affordable. Customer service was good. Lines were ok could use more people on the register. Lots of parking available.
