“I wasn’t asked to complete this review, but it is needed. I have a total of 3 UPS stores within 15-minute radius of me, and this one is one of the 3. This one is the best. Their employees are consistently polite and they have little carts for when you have heavy or multiple packages. This location is also open seven days a week, which is even better. I go out of my way to go to this one over the one in South Holland, about 7 minutes from my house.”

“Always fast reliable service here. The staff is always nice and personable. I had an issue a few years back with a lost package and they went above and beyond to help me.There's plenty of parking here but it can be kind of tight inside. So double check before you walk in with a mountain of boxes and have to keep moving them out of people's way.”
