“I had a high value and important package that was supposed to come to my house yesterday.
Unfortunately, I was at work yesterday so I was unable to get the package.
I came to this facility expecting that I would not be able to get the package until tomorrow.
The automated FedEx line told me that the package was going to be shipped to another pick up location. That Unfortunately was not the case.
Kathy from the Munster FedEx plant went above and beyond her call of duty! She searched every truck in the facility for my package.
When that did not work out, she called members of her team to see exactly what the deal was. She found out for me that the package was coded in the FedEx system incorrectly. She then looked into it a bit more and called me back 15 minutes later with great news- I could pick up the package the same day at another facility!
She called that facility to confirm that it was there and that I could get it with standard operating procedure!
When I got to the other FedEx facility, I was able to confirm with the facility and Kathy that everything was all set to go. I walked out with my high value package no questions asked!
I know some of these other reviews are mainly negative. However, if you have something like this happen to me, go straight to Kathy! She will go the extra mile to help you get your package and to solve your problems!
FedEx, Kathy deserves a big raise for what she does! She is truly an asset to FedEx!”

I'd give 5 stars to the UPS store in Highland Indiana, doing the storm on in August 11th 12 13th and 14, we had a disaster in Highland Indiana, no power anything, but UPS store helped the community by letting us come in and was able to plug our phones and not get charged, and thank God for the service that they do give us For UPS being in Highland Indiana, we give them a 5 star in our community.
