“My old phone was on the 3G network. Spent 4 hours in 2 different T-mobile stores and 1 hour on the phone, with no results - they could not migrate my phone from att to t-mobile, and they had no new phones in stock to sell me, but kept putting up roadblocks to continue using my phone. In 20 minutes, Dustin gave me options that fit my budget and free iphone 11s for switching. I had 2 new phones at the end of the week. It would have been quicker, but took an hour to migrate data - he was attentive and multi-tasking the whole time, especially since I kept adding things like screen covers and otterboxes. When my phone had an issue and I had to come back the next day, he did everything in his power and it was fixed before I left the store. Like any phone store, you need patience, but Dustin really knows his stuff. Would go back in a heartbeat.”

“Eddie, the sales associate at this location, was extremely helpful and went well above and beyond what any other sales person might do. When it appeared that I might not qualify for the service I wanted Eddie made it happen. Verizon, ATT, and Tmobile should be ashamed. The service and respect I received from this location far exceeded any other experience I had from those three other competitors. “Great place to do business with.I have been a customer for over 10 years..my phone blanked out on me Sunday mother's day.. stopped in and Diamond got me in a new phone she was very knowledgeable and patient.i discovered when I got home that phone didn't have enough storage so I came back Monday and Diamond, Jay and Mike took care of me on the upgraded phone.
Staff is very professional and patient and sincerely want to give good service and appreciates your business.
Oh forgot to mention Jay was extremely patient with a Spanish speaking customer and got them the iPhones they wanted.dispte the language barrier.

“Leo was here when we got there. I can only recommend him at this moment. He is a very professional and helpful guy. I cant thank him enough. He switched our phones from bootleg boost and made the whole changeover easy. Cricket has a 4 line for $100 with unlimited data. So far so good. Excellent reception and fast data.Forgot to mention. This store was the only one in the area to carry iPhones in stock. Boost or Metro has none in any of their stores in this area.”
“After having a horrible experience at the att store in shererville we thought we would try the att store in hammond. When we walked in we were immediately greeted, seated and waited about 10 min. Even though they were very busy. Miss Jessica and the new employee Emmanuel who translated everything in spanish, were very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. They not only helped us with our new phone but went beyond to help my husband retrieve his information because he had forgotten his google password. What a difference a little kindness makes. If you want great service the att store in hammond is the place to get it 100%.
