“Love our small town post office and Kenny is super great. The only thing is, the hours don't match. The hours on the post office door are different than what it shows online. The post office window shuts down for lunch at 10:30 & reopens at 1:00PM. It sure would be helpful to so many of us if the post office window re-opened back up at 12:30. We'd actually be able to get there on our lunch hour and before the window re-closes at 3:30. Thank you.”

The other Post Office on Stellhorn need to get some people skills and hire more employees like Missy.”

“Never had a problem inside post office the man in there is always nice but some of the mail carriers are kinda grouchy. I catch my mail person all the time on my security cam complaining talking to themselves, probably cause they hav to get out of car to put something on the porch. We sit here and just laugh. I won’t post the videos cause that’d b mean. We all have our days”

“Arrived at 9 AM was 6th in line. I had 7 packages to ship out. Only one lady working counter and she was wonderful, I was out at 9:21. She was pleasant to all and even looked up a zip code I had forgotten to put on package. She needs a big pat on back.”
“4/22/25 Mr Louis took great care of me and treated me with kindness and respect. I will be returning to this location in hopes that I have him as my customer service representative. I would refer other people to him.
On the contrary, he was working with another lady (silvery blonde brownish hair just below her shoulders mid 40s to early 50s) that was rude to me, and undermining her fellow employee who was working with me first. Everything that she said was very inconvenient and judgmental and made me feel unwelcome. I would like to warn all customers of her negative character, regardless of her 'tenure.' People may forget what you say, but never forget how you make them feel. Choose kindness and convenience. Be better, Ms.”

“So friendly and helpful! A package I sent from another state had not arrived, they called the next day to give an update. Once they located the package, they called again to make sure I was aware it was out for delivery. All during the holiday season and Covid. Amazing, thanks so much!”
