“This AT&T store in Huntington is easy to miss, but that might be the only thing I’d change about it.

It’s set back off the main road, and unless you already know it’s there, you could drive right past and never realize Huntington has a clean, organized AT&T store tucked back there. Hopefully the photos help, because once you find it, it’s worth going in.

I stopped in because I was making a pretty big tech switch. I’ve been an Android guy for a long time — the kind of Android guy who thought iPhone people were just following the crowd. I liked the customization, the control, the “power user” feeling. So walking into AT&T and seriously looking at an iPhone 17 Pro Max was not something I expected to be doing.

But I recently got an iPad Pro, and the more I used it, the more the Apple ecosystem started making sense. The photo workflow, editing on a bigger screen, writing, messaging, FaceTime, and moving between devices started to feel less like hype and more like a real productivity setup.

That’s where Isaac came in.

I worked with Isaac, and he was excellent. Calm, patient, easy to talk to, and genuinely knowledgeable. Not pushy. Not robotic. Not just repeating sales lines. He actually understood the Apple ecosystem — iPhone, iPad, Watch, MacBook, AppleCare, how the devices work together, and why that matters depending on how someone actually uses their tech.

I told him I was in the middle of a major life transition and needed a setup that could keep up with a lot: photos, reviews, writing, family communication, and the work I’m building next. I also wanted FaceTime to be easy with my son on his iPad, so he can reach me whether I’m near my phone or my iPad.

That part matters. That’s not just specs on a box. That’s real life.

I walked in thinking I was just buying a phone. I left feeling like I had made a decision that actually fit what I needed.

The store itself was better than I expected too. Clean, organized, and stocked with more than you’d guess from the outside — phones, accessories, internet options, prepaid, wireless displays, repair and replacement info, and employer discount information.

So yes, the location could use more visibility from the road. But once you find it, this is a solid Huntington AT&T store with good people inside.

Ask for Isaac if he’s available. He took great care of me, helped me make a major switch with confidence, and may have accidentally converted a longtime Android guy.
