Artistry Indy Apartments is a creatively revitalized mixed use campus in the Cole Noble district of downtown Indianapolis, offering a fun and creative atmosphere. The apartments are clean, modern, and very comfortable, located right downtown close to everything, just steps away from restaurants, cafes, shopping centers, and public transportation. The location is great and couldn’t be better. The community features gorgeous common areas and a pool. The office staff are very helpful and polite. Some find it expensive, but the community events are appealing. There are reports of maintenance, such as for an air conditioner, taking a week. Overall, it provides a fantastic experience for those who want to stay close to all the action in the city.
