Pulled up at 8:50 when it opened at 9. Lady working the counter was the nicest rental car employee I’ve dealt with. Super kind and patient as she worked through the line of people.

People nice, should relocate though to a more visual location. It's ducked off and you wouldn't know it exists without mapping it. Probably get more business if it was closer to 82nd St.

Very friendly and honest staff. Jennie was amazing and also kept my daughter left behind wallet for me to come pick up 5 days later with all her belongings still in the wallet. Thank you Avis for a great experience.
