Despite the harsh conditions, we struggled to get the new blade installed. Without us even asking, Roberto stepped outside to help. “If you stop by here in the day time ask for Eddie. Hes the best one on the team. Gets the job done right. Not to judge but the past few times I've brought parts, the younger associates have totally messed up my order, store transfers and pickups. Just make sure its done right the first time or you'll end up going back for something stupid. Personally I order my parts from Amazon ahead of the maintenance schedule. If it helps I used to be employed at this location. Its best if you come later after 6-7pm. Less of a crowd. And know your year make and model to make it easier on yourself.”

I had a Mass Air Flow sensor out, he immediatly found the part I needed and even offered to help me replace it while I was there. I saved so much time and money with his help, I am beyond grateful for him and this location!”
“I love going to OReilly’s, I personally believe they have great quality products for a much more reasonable price as the other box store competitors, but i have to say that there seems to always be this employee that hates life and his job and delivers a miserable experience, definitely not a persistent thing, but if you are unlucky enough you will have to deal with this employee!”

“Went in and had battery checked and it was bad. Young man hooked me up with new battery and tools to remove old and install new. Saved me the trip from goin home on the southside and bringing back the core later. Apparently he had and and an 04 mine is an 03P/U and he loved his and complimented mine. Was an awesome experience for me and all is great. Ya just don't get good service anymore but this was no doubt great!!”

“I like coming here to get gas even though it can be quite busy at times and depending on which direction you’re going it’s hard to get in and out of this location. There are quite a bit of potholes in the road as you come in and come out off of 21st street as well. The pumps are updated and have touchless pay, which is nice, but it would not work for me when I try to use it with Apple Pay.”

“It was a cold rainy wet nasty night and I needed windshield wiper fluid. I initially went to their auto part competitor store and had to walk out due to the service quality. As soon as I stepped inside two associates greeted me. I walked right over to what I needed and up to check out. I stood in line but the manager immediately told me to step over to his register. He made small conversation asked if I found everything okay. In & out in 6mins and I had a pleasant experience. They are a bit pricey and I didn't see any sales being ran but in this case it was worth it for sure!”
“I literally had to leave a review as soon as I got off the phone with a gentleman name “DEONTE “ at O’Reilly auto parts. I called to see what I needed for a oil change which “ I know nothing about “ I asked what would need and quote for the items. He asked what car I have which I wasn’t sure lol so he was patient enough with me to go to my car and read my registration. But also he gave me the price of the items and recommended some things to make it easier to remember to get. But he answered all my questions was VERY HUMBLE, POLITE & VERY PROFESSIONAL….. I realized I done asked him a thousand questions and being patient etc. I thank him a couple times for it and before we hung up I asked him what was his name and he “ DEONTE “ again thank you so much. People don’t realize no matter what kind of job it is always interacting with people and kindness goes a long way.”

“The time was less than an hour before closing time. I came to the Interstate Battery because I was having trouble starting my car, due to bad terminals. I walked inside and Bryce greeted me at the door.
From that point it was the best customer service experience of my life! I explained my issue to Bryce and he knew exactly what I was talked about. He came out to check out what was going on. He said it looks like an easy fix. He took the time to explain what he was doing while fixing the issue perfectly!
The manager also came out to check how things were going! Everything was all done in minutes. Not to mention it was 30 degrees out! This is the best location. They are really focused on helping the customers!”
