“Got my steam deck repaired here when all the other big chain repair shops turned me away or asked ridiculous prices for a simple soldering job that I didn’t have the tools or time to do myself. This was perhaps the best experience I’ve ever had at a repair shop - Fantastic communication, extremely fast turnaround time, reasonable pricing, and high quality work. The owner is actually knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his work. Going here instead of a big repair shop felt like going to an experienced local mechanic versus a quick lube technician that only does oil changes. There’s no reason to go to one of the big chains when this place exists. 10/10.”

“Robert and his team saved my life!! After my iPhone sustained minor water damage and would not turn on, I was told by many Verizon stores that I would need to get a new phone. However, all the data (photos, texts, etc) I had on my old phone had not been backed up. Robert took one look at my phone and told me that all I needed was a new screen! After a quick hour, he had my phone back up and running. Cannot thank him and his team enough!!!”

“New location. Very neat inside. Isaac diagnosed my problem in short order. Opened the back of the case and proved the battery failure's obvious bulge to me. He ordered a new battery, then called me to let me know it was in. I came to CPR in their last hour. Isaac' repair was clean and tight even with charge on the new battery! My Samsung Note 20 is running like a top, again! N.B. I paid 1/2 down to order the new battery and Steve collected the balance and tax when my phone was repaired. I hope you can see this as a positive recommendation for CPR.”

“Nigel helped me program and cut a fob I bought online. He was helpful, courteous, and kind. He was working alone and I saw him juggling between half a dozen customers while I was there. Although it was busy, he took the time to understand what each person needed and was always respectful. I saw him go the extra mile and replace a battery an elderly woman bought when he could have just sold it to her and moved on. Highly recommend. Will be back.”

“Fix my wife's jacked up phone in about 15 minutes and now it's running perfectly. I left a laptop with them and came back the next day to pick it up and it works like it was brand new! And less than $100 to fix both of them! Nice regular people, fast work. They have all my future electronics work.”

“I’m gonna start leaving more reviews of occurrences where I visit a retailer that actually has decent products and knowledgeable staff. The Batteries & Bulbs location on Pendleton Pike is such a place. I appreciate them getting me the product I needed to get back up and running, and doing it with the utmost professionalism. Thanks fellas!”

“I tried a mod on my Fender Champ 25 SE to modify the drive channel and broker something. Called up Uncle Alberts repair and Keving was like no problem bring it in.... He wasn't judging that I broke it and just took it on like any other repair. He upgraded parts that needed upgrading and also performed the mods on the that I attempted to complete. Got the amp back and man it sounds better than ever. I'm the original owner and this was the first tube amp I bought so there was nostalgia attached to it, now I feel like it's bullet proof. Great work, nice guy, great value and price. Would for sure take gear here anytime. Don't understand people wanting to know how much is it going to cost ahead of time? How is he supposed to know until he gets into it right? Thank you Uncle Albert!”

Don't forget about this gem!! They are fantastic!!”

“This place is great! My Samsung Frame TV was just outside of its warranty, and Samsung was no help (TV was working for about 1.5 years). Geek Squad was rude and said I should have purchased their protection plan. I took it to American Consolidated Elect and one week later I have my TV back working perfectly!!”

“My Vizio was stuck in demo mode and the store I purchased from and vizio wouldn't service under warranty. I took the TV to this shop and the 6 were able to repair it in a couple hours for a great price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also sell new TVs at a lower rate than every store I've been in. When I picked up my tv I got a 60" Vizio for 400 cheaper than in Walmart. I recommended to my family”

“Yo-- this place has got to be a front for something. How else is it here for one and, second, who the hell gets TV repairs anymore?! I think this place is like the Transformers in the 80s, y'all-- more than meets the eye.”
