My kitty had a great experience here. The staff at the front desk was so friendly and allowed me a private moment to say goodbye to my kitty. They also allowed me to call and check on her if I was worried about her

My cat Kovu loved his stay! Jocelynn treated him like the little prince he is. There's plenty of enrichment with cat towers and toys for the cats and they're all given solo roam time. I know all his needs were met and he'll be back next time I gotta be out of town 😊
