Rooms: The mattresses need to be replaced! If you need a good night's sleep, this is not the place to stay.

Rudest owners I've ever experienced. Argued about everything, and yelled at the person in front of me. I had to call Choice CS for them to even honor my reservation. Nasty, dirty, bugs everywhere. Disgusting. Oh and they tried to double charge me, so I reported it as fraud.

Sat 4/6 - Mon 4/8Would not recommend.Felt like highway robbery how all the hotels jacked their rates up for the solar eclipse. Spent over $600 for a 2 night stay to see the solar eclipse event. This hotel isn't worth $100 a night on a good day... very disappointed. There is no elevator to the 2nd floor so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs. The cleanliness of the rooms were questionable and they had a timed light switch in the bathroom that would shut off every minute. There was no way to change the light setting so we had to take showers in the dark both days. That's completely unacceptable and a safety concern. The 'free' breakfast is only served till 9AM and the food wasn't fresh. The cereal was stale like it had been sitting there forever. We had 3 in our party and were only given 2 wash clothes, when we went to the front desk to ask for 1 more wash cloth we were told they had none that allllllll the laundry was being cleaned at the moment ?Read the reviews! There's no thrills or chills at this hotel. One recent review said someone's vehicle got stolen right out of the parking lot. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else.

The hotel overall feels quite a bit outdated. The rooms are underwhelming, not dirty per se, but could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The soap bar in the bathroom makes my hands feel like they're covered in a film. Overall was fine, didn't feel unsafe or uncomfortable, just a few nitpicks.Rooms: The room overall was fine, but could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Just little things like the hair dryer having clearly visible dust, or vents that look like they might have mildew. The fridge was loud and probably hadn't been cleaned recently. And the phone didn't work properly when I called the front desk. Also the wifi is realllly bad, the download speed was only 5 mega *bits*Safety: The parking lot was well lit, and the area in general felt safe, there weren't any signs of abandoned cars or shut down businesses.

Overall, our stay was comfortable. This is an older hotel that has had some upgrades like painted walls, newer carpets, and laminated flooring in the bathrooms. That being said- THERE ARE NO ELEVATORS! If climbing a flight of stairs is too much for you, then you best request a room on the main floor and close to an entry door.Beds are older but have a padding on top, and the pillows are plush and comfy. Bathrooms had 4 towels, 2 washcloths, and two hand towels, but more can be requested. They are minimumly stocked but available upon request if you need more shampoo and such. The window in the room opens outward at the bottom with no screens or guards. I enjoyed being able to open the window, but this could be a concern for guests with small children. The A/C unit is older but is efficient. Same for the drink cooler. Our water and cans were cold the next morning! The room has timed lighting in the bathroom that goes out after some time of no movement. (We usually leave the light on with the door cracked for a night light for our daughter). TV is set up with Direct tv but doesn't have the smart TV that allows you to access your subscriptions such as Netflix. Also, the music channels were not part of the subscription. The pool was our daughters favorite place. It was heated and clean. The employees were very nice and one helped us lug all our luggage upstairs when we learned there was no elevator.Breakfast was a variety of sausage links, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal, and such. There were no pastries such as bagels or donuts.Honestly, I was worried about their low prices compared to all the other hotels in the area at the time of the eclipse, but was satisfied to find we hadn't reserved at a junk hotel in a bad area. We were close to shopping and dining with some food options within walking distance. There was Sky Zone Trampoline Park across the street- which our daughter enjoyed. This seemed to be a quiet, peaceful area. We weren't looking for luxury but had a peaceful visit. Depending on pricing vs. neighboring hotels - I would consider staying here again.Nearby activities: SkyZone Trampoline ParkDinningShopping

Said they had a pool. No pool. Said they had breakfast. No breakfast. It was just a let down. Only thing I liked was the jacuzzi. I stood at the front for over 20 minutes hoping to break a $20 bill, for the vending machine and no one came.

They require a $100 deposit in order to even stay here, the front desk never answers the phone takes about 5-10 times calling to get someone to answer. You can get your late check out for being a higher status but only until noon even though it states 1 pm on your choice rewards app and let’s not forget the fact that the hotel workers will just walk all up and in your room even if you just told them you’re going to be using your late check out and then called the front desk to complain about someone barging in my room and all they could say was “sorry” like I wasn’t even dressed yet & my one year old was still asleep which obviously now he’s wide awake. Definitely will not be staying here again not to mention the staff is super rude and the last two nights all we’ve heard was screaming and yelling upon other hotel guests or the naked man in his car next to us in the parking lot ? You get what you pay for ??♀️ If you have kids I’d stay clear of this hotel…

The pool was closed by the health department. The room stunk like B.O. the filters on the heater/AC were disgusting. Holes in the shower. The plug-ins to charge our phones would keep the plug in. The lamp had fly poop on it, and I don't think it was dusted. The bed linens had yellow stains on them, and the towels and wash clothes were very dingy. They also overcharged us by 15%

No one at hotel would remove clothes from. The washer and dryer after being there over 4 hours. The front desk area smells like a can of axe body spray exploded in it and the hallways and room smelled like puke. They have a bad breakfast selection the mattresses lime old and dirty. The bathtub is garbage only thing good is they had hot water

Hotel was a good value for the cost. Pretty basic breakfast without many choices or fresh fruit. Was looking forward to using the pool but was being balanced for chemicals so wasn't open. Our wheelchair accessible room did not have a show bench or handheld shower so we weren't able to shower. I just wish these would have roll-in showers and no tub. Room was clean and had a nice side chair, desk and chair as well as the coffee set-up and frig. It looks like the owner is working on bringing the hotel looks up to date. Appreciated that the hallways were light and bright. Nice staff at the front desk. Never saw the breakfast staff.

The pool was closed without notice when booking, the breakfast was minimal but good quality, our room's tv only worked for one channel, giant water spots on ceiling above bath. That being said, the wifi was steady, the rooms were clean, and the AC unit worked well. Front desk workers were friendly and polite. Easy check in and check out. Everything you could need was nearby.

Hair and bug in the sink, tv remote didn't work and wouldn't turn it off. I was told I would have to move the entertainment center away from the wall so I could unplug it when I'm done. and wasn't fixed the next day even though the manager showed me he left a written note for housekeeping. So I requested to change rooms. 2 dead roaches in the hallway and right in front of the front desk. The roach in the hall remained even after housekeeping ran the vacuum for about 30 seconds. 2 outlets in the room didn't work at all. Lamp bases looked like they had caked up stuff on them that hadn't been cleaned in MONTHS, a month of dust on the headboards and other surfaces. The only thing that was cleaned recently were the sheets, and even they had stains on them. We dared not eat the breakfast... If there were smashed and dead roaches in the hall, can't imagine how many live ones were in the kitchen!!! Ice maker area was covered in mold. 'White" curtain sheers had stains. The tub enclosure was peeling and when I finished my shower the water was above my ankles. The heater unit literally had duct tape sealing it from outside. The only positive thing was the nasty carpets were replaced with vinyl flooring which didn't show any stains and appeared to be relatively clean.
