Quality Inn & Suites Southport offers a comfortable and mostly pleasant stay for travelers. Many guests praise the hotel for its very clean rooms, friendly housekeeping and front desk staff, and overall good service. Guests found the rooms to be comfortable, with soft sheets, ample bathroom space, and functional amenities. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of nearby activities, including restaurants like Bob Evans and Texas Roadhouse, as well as a local bar, making it walkable for those looking to explore the area. While some reviews mention that the hotel feels a bit outdated, and the rooms could be cleaned more thoroughly, most guests found their stays to be satisfactory and worth the price. The breakfast offers basic options such as yogurt, toast, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, and waffles, providing a decent start to the day. Some guests experienced minor issues with amenities like the pool, Wi-Fi, and room appliances, but overall, these did not significantly detract from their stay. Safety concerns were minimal, with well-lit parking areas and a safe environment. Despite a few drawbacks, visitors generally found the hotel to be a good stop, especially for short stays or road trips, appreciating the cleanliness, friendly staff, and walkable location.
To expensive for the quality of the room , I probably won't be staying there no more, no discount for loyalty or repeat customer, so I'll find one down the road

It's a nice place, the staff have all been friendly and it's pretty quiet most of the time and my daughter lived having fresh waffles in the morning. We will definitely be back.

The pool was SO cold the pool room even colder, and smelled of sewage. The room was ok, but the bathroom smelled musty. There is NO elevator.
