I had a nice experience when renting from this Budget location. I want to especially thank Chasity for going above and beyond. Her assistance made a complicated situation much easier to work through. Her efforts are why I will choose Budget first.

The ease of renting on online and modifying reservations, is probably why I have continue to book with Budget. But the overall rental experience is very basic. Do not expect Employees at the W. Washington location to go out of their way.
