Very decent place. Service was good, place was clean. Great location next to the highway. Stayed from November until March, didn't have a single issue. Will book here again if work ever brings me back to area.

Absolutely the worst. I am a holiday in rewards diamond member and I have never been to such a horrible place. Hotel staff were rude. My stays request 1st floor I understand that some can not accommodate that, however; I have a lef full if metal and bad knees the elevator was broke they did change my room to second floor, but 2 people checking in after me both got fist floor. Room had no ice bucket only I've machine is on the first floor they did not have an extra. So more climbing stairs just to have my strawberry lemonade on ice. The room stank like smoke lady was still in my room when I arrived. Drawer was broke and just laying at the bottom of the side table bugs on the floor and holes in the curtains. All reported to the front desk. They acted like they didn't even care didn't offer to move me or refund my room. I was supposed to stay there a week but no way in He$$ would I stay in that scrappy environment when the staff didn't even care. I travel every week and will never stay in another one of these brand hotels. Thank God I only stayed 1 night and moved to another hotel I wouldn't have even done that but I had to notify my corporate office to make the move and black list them from any of our workers staying here. I told them I was leaving and better not get charged for more than one night. They didn't care, and they should my company is huge and have almost 4000 workers traveling every week! Won't be staying hereRooms: Stunk were dirty broken drawers and bugsNoteworthy details: Don't stay here it's nasty and staff are rude!

I don’t know where to begin. From the constant smell of marijuana to a broken garbage disposal leading to back flow of food (not ours) in the sink to water stains in the ceilings to the man I found sleeping in the stairwell….never again.Safety: There is no a sense of security. 2 people walked right in, went to the laundry room and walked out with 2 large piles of clean towels. They didn’t work there and were not guests. Also, the side door did not close properly and I found a man sleeping on the stairs in the stairwell. He was not a guest there.

Random person opened my door, waking me and frightening me in the middle of the night. Then my keys don't work in my room. Then all of my stuff was gone and at the front desk. Groceries sitting on my laundry. Coworker said they had bugs in their room. Wouldn't doubt. Pretty much a scam if you're paying to stay here. Econ-Lodges were better.Young man was somewhat useful and apologized once.

I travel for work and use almost exclusively IHG hotels and am an IHG Gold Elite member. I booked a reservation here well in advance, through IHG's website, with my reward points and was turned away at check in. They told me that had no rooms due to a computer error. I understand that technology snafus happen but this was apparently known in advance, so instead of contacting me and letting me know there was an issue they left me scrambling to find another place for the next few days at a significant mark up from what the points would have covered that I couldn't even use because they were tied up in this booking. I have had a mostly good experience with IHG but after this combined with the growing blackout dates on redeeming points I am beginning to wonder if it is time for a change.

Overall this is a nice hotel with a friendly staff. Beware the $150 upfront charge for "incidentals." The rooms are comfortable but dated. The bathroom especially had unpatched drywall and peeling paint. Large closet with a few hangers. Enough glasses and bowls in the kitchen for two people or two days. No dining options, so no free breakfast buffet. At the same time, Culver's is across the parking lot, so you have a spot for a quick bite and frozen custard. My room had a view of the freeway, which I could hear all night.

An extended stay hotel located at the 465S and 70E split on the westside. We only stayed one night while passing thru and our criteria is always someplace we can stay with a pet. The hotel is a newer looking hotel with newer rooms and features. However this is an area with many budget hotels housing long term residents and while I felt safe at this hotel and in the parking lot, the area is best not discovered at night. The room was very large and very clean. A full kitchen with a standard sized refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. A 3 burner cooktop is also there. All the standard dishes, pots, glasses and silverware were also in the kitchen. The one thing about having a kitchen is that cooking smells will remain in the room and ours smelled faintly of fish. The tv was small and the remote took forever to go to the next channel. After a couple of hours the internet finally started working to be able to stream channels. There are no USB plugs in the room. A USB plug would have been nice on the desk which can also serve as a dining table. Beds were comfortable and pillows fluffy. Other than a Culver's next door there is really no good place to eat nearby. Overall a positive experience and when we pass thru again it will be a consideration since pet owners take it on the chin by not having more choice in the hotel industry.Rooms: This is a extended stay hotel although we only stayed one night while traveling thru the area. Rooms are very large with kitchen facilities and a nice sized bathroom. The room and the bathroom was very clean and neat. The door to the room is more residential in nature with a granite threshhold. However our door took all our strength to open and close. The refrigerator and microwave are standard size while the cooktop was 3 burners. There is even a dishwasher in the room. Standard cookware, dishes, glasses and silverware was also provided. The tv was smaller with a commercial class of tv channels provided although the remote took forever to load the next channel. Beds were comfortable with fluffy pillows. There were no USB ports to plug into the business desk which is also big enough to serve as a dining room table.Safety: This hotel is located on the west side of Indianapolis at the 465 S and 70 E split which means that it is a heavily traveled corridor and an older part of the city with lots of budget hotels in the area. I felt safe in the hotel and the parking lot but I could see that someone more concerned with safety may not prefer this location.Noteworthy details: Pet friendly hotel. There is a small area where pets are designated to go potty but more than 2 dogs and the place would get crowded. This is an extended stay residence so you will have to put up a pet deposit and if no damage when you leave if will be returned within 30 days.A Culver's next door means that you could walk to get something to eat but I found this area to be lacking in safe looking gas stations and other food options especially after dark. There is no free breakfast but free coffee is available. Other snack items are also available in the "Cupboard" for a fee. There is large well lit gym and laundry room.

This place was clean and Clinton at the front was really nice when I came in telling him of a very horrible experience we just had at another place. Luckily they had 1 room left for the weekend and we took it. Clinto thank you for listening, being super helpful and for giving a couple a nice place to stay for the weekend!

I have been staying here for the last couple weeks while I’ve been working at the hospital. The hotel has been very accommodating. My group and I have been enjoying the Gazebo and the large gas grill. A couple strangers decided to come sit under the gazebo tonight. We didn’t even have to notify the front desk. The Assistant manager Dasia, ( if she’s not the manager she should be..) was instantly out there making sure they knew the Gazebo was for hotel guests only. Seconds later we had it all to ourselves. Dasia has gone above and beyond on more than one account to make sure our stay has been nothing but great. I have stayed at many hotels over the years, all over the country, but have never seen anything close to this kind of customer service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to rest their head. You will be in great hands!

The bed was covered with bed bugs. I checked into the hotel at 5:30 PM. I noticed bed bugs all over the bed at 9:30 PM. I immediately checked out and moved to another hotel. The receptionist just said, "Sorry about that." I attempted for four days to obtain a refund, but the hotel refused any reimbursement or credit. Do not stay here!Safety: Bed bugs.

My husband and I had to spend the night in Indianapolis. Looking online to find a place and came across Candlewood suites. This place was great. Very clean and comfortable. The person at check in was Angela and she was helpful and sweet and greeted us with a smile at check-in and check-out, yes she's dedicated. I would recommend this place highly. Thank you Angela we appreciate you ❤️

I want to be sure to give this hotel a 5-star review for the fact that they allowed me to cancel at the last minute during the pre-Christmas snowstorm in IN! I appreciate that very much and will be sure to stay at this hotel in the future. I'd recommend this place for good business practices

Very disappointed! Room had bed bugs in it. Guy at the service desk was nice. Told me he would make sure I would get a refund and gave me new sheets for the bed. But I wasn't sleeping in that bed. Had to sit at the table to sleep all night. Very disappointing.
