Gabe the maintenance man helped me promptly with hot water problems and Kaitlen at the desk was great at check in. I am enjoying my stay I can't believe this is only a two star hotel!!!

everyone at desk was very welcoming, we had an issue with our room the GM allowed us to check out the second room before moving our things into our new room
