both ATM's broken yesterday - it denied my withdrawal, so i called the card company and they didn't see the ATM even try to authorize. Went down the street to a Everwise ATM and no problems. waste of time!

Horrible customer service experience. Seems like no one answers the phone and then when you do talk to someone they have no clue on what to do. Chase, please train your employees better. It makes your business look unprofessional. I've talked to 4 different people who all have said something different.
