This location itself is in a very busy area of Greenwood so the access road is a little wacky, but I've come to expect that anywhere I go in this town. “I've been banking at this location since I bought a house in the area. The offer a fee free checking account that I use along with savings and HSA. Though I just opened my HSA last year and got a notice this year they would be selling it off to another company which is kind of annoying but nothing serious. The staff there has always been friendly to me. Any issues I may have had were resolved promptly. Their phone app is fairly easy and intuitive to use.If I had to be critical at this point - I wish it was easier to get to on my bike. The location on shadeland is a bit nerve racking on two wheels. I hate driving my car there as it's just a few blocks away from my house and it's a water of gas but that's nit picking at this point.If my experiences with them change I will likely come back and edit this post but for the last 4 or 5 years they have been fine.”

“Regions Tower made my evening unforgettable. The Regions tower rooftop was the venue for one of my sorority formals. It was outstanding from start to finish. We had the venue from 7:30pm-9:30pm. When we arrived, the staff at the venue greeted us at the entrance, loaded us in the elevators, and then welcomed us into the rooftop space. The space for the venue was set up beautifully. Inside, there was plenty of soft seating, as well as a buffet of food that remained full of fresh food all evening long. The bar was also located inside, and the bartenders were incredibly nice and helpful. The space was definitely specialized for the needs of our event and felt like a good mix of elegant and fun. Outdoors, there was more soft seating, as well as outdoor games and room for a dance floor. The DJ booked through the venue was incredible and super interactive with the crowd. The view from the rooftop was absolutely stunning and was the best part. The sun was setting as we arrived, and the view of the surrounding Indianapolis area would be lovely for any event. I would 100% recommend this venue for any event being held in the Indianapolis area. The space is very customizable, and the staff was beyond nice and accommodating.”

“Star bank has been our bank even before it was star financial. It has been our family bank for a very long time. I can remember going to the bank with my parents, because our home was completely destroyed by a fire and I know that the people at the bank took a collection for us, and I know that sure did mean a lot to my parents but my mom was so overwhelmed. At that time I was just kid and had no idea what just took place. I that the bank helped my daddy get back on his feet again by giving him a loàn to get us small house to rent and get back on our feet. That would be great start for a lifetime of knowing that you have someone on your side when you need that extra help. So here is a little bit later on in life and my parents of 55yrs and life hits home once more. My dad had passed away 2021 and my mom had stroke but she was left with no one but me to step in help her get back into her own home, but I needed help. I took graudship and had open an account so I could pay her bills. Well by now, she was behind and on our way foreclose on her home. So I went to the bank and asked for help. So they assigned me, who I call my special angel. She worked with me for a few days and helped me out of bad situation and gave me hope. We caught all the bills up and she is still helping me make out a budget that mom can live by and still get to stay in her home and I know now that , that day mom had so many tears in her eyes, they were happy tears. Because I walked out of that bank with tears falling down my face, because she took that time to help me and she didn't look down on me, she gave me hope that I can do this. So yes I tell everyone I know how much my bank and my special angel helped our family in our time of need. Thank you star you are Hometown bank with a special kindness. Tina”
