“The 56th St. branch near Post Rd. has always been helpful and friendly. Dusti, the current branch manager, is the best. I was having a credit card issue while trying to purchase a round trip ticket that included a foreign airline. A simple phone call to Kim increased my debit card limit for the day and allowed me to buy the last seat on the flight I needed. And then, in about 10 minutes, Dusti had me approved for a credit card from Star to prevent this problem from happening in the future. And, as always, they have tellers available until 7pm Monday-Saturday. Absolutely convenient.”

“Regions Tower is one of the tallest skyscrapers in downtown Indy but on the inside it is a surprisingly quiet office building. There is a security desk and a nice coffee shop on the ground floor. Regrettably, the coffee shop has very limited hours and gives up the ghost completely, if you will, at 2:00PM. The security staff are very professional, courteous and quite friendly as well. When the lawyer that I went to visit got locked out of his office, the staff came up to the 20th floor, unlocked his door for him and were very chipper about the whole situation. Pro Tip The elevator felt pretty jerky when it started and stopped moving. No safety hazard, I am sure, but a little discomforting nonetheless.”
