“I took out a HELOC from Centier Bank 8 months ago for a down payment on our current home. When First American Title did not wire them the proceeds to close out my account, Gabriella Villalobos went out of her way to locate the FedEx'd check, process it, and did not charge me for the gap between when the check was sent and when it was received at Centier Bank. She followed up with me and not the other way around. I never had to question where I was at in the process and what was going on, on her side of the business. That's a rare quality today, and I sincerely appreciate it.”
“The 56th St. branch near Post Rd. has always been helpful and friendly. Dusti, the current branch manager, is the best. I was having a credit card issue while trying to purchase a round trip ticket that included a foreign airline. A simple phone call to Kim increased my debit card limit for the day and allowed me to buy the last seat on the flight I needed. And then, in about 10 minutes, Dusti had me approved for a credit card from Star to prevent this problem from happening in the future. And, as always, they have tellers available until 7pm Monday-Saturday. Absolutely convenient.”

So I go inside to the teller who was able to help me with the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Including the paper wrappers to wrap my coins. A BIG THANK YOU to Emily who was beyond being helpful. One of their agents spent about 30 minutes on the phone with three different operators until he resolved the problem. They really went above and beyond to get all my concerns and my application squared away.”
