I was scheduled for an appointment twice and they are not at all responding. They make me wait for 40 minutes and asked to wait for another 40 minutes.

Worse Chase location. No one in this branch knows anything. Told that a deceased person‘s debit card would still be able to work. Got shut off once they were deceased in the system for the death certificate three different times after it was already sent just so they didn’t want to look through their records to find... read full comment
