Been a long time chase customer. The 52nd & Keystone branch needs help. They are so SLOW it’s comical. Drive a bit, use a different branch.

Loved this chase. Had really nice atms. I liked the privacy of going inside and the availability of the atm with bills other than 20s. It was very large and was not busy when I went in.

I had to go in 3 times to change my last name and it still wasn’t done correctly. I also went in to transfer an investment account and they couldn’t help me and just told me to call chase customer service number.
