Trash Bank, they gave my credit card to the wrong person with the same name then lied about it.

Talk about antiquated. Did a balance transfer to pay off another card that had deferred interest and they sent a check. Imagine in this day and age mailing a check. Be very careful to read the fine print when dealing with Commerce bank. They were absolutely uninterested in working to resolve any issues.

Stay away from this bank. They are about fees and poor customer service.
